This post is all about the modern railway. Whilst on my way to Somerset I stopped off at Bescot near Birmingham and then Pilning near Bristol. The video portrays equipment that was current during 2005.

Leander on the West Coast mainline

This video features Jubilee Leander on the West Coast mainline. It starts at a spot just north of Oxenholme and then moves north of the border to Greskine on Beattock bank. We then follow Leander by car, sorry about the trees, to Beattock Summit and onwards to the loop at Abington. From there the train is seen just north of Abington and finally going through Holytown station. Enjoy.
